How to Apply

Fellow must have a Ohio medical license before beginning the fellowship. This is a one-year fellowship which starts on July 1.

Applications must be submitted via ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).

Please make sure to include the following with your application: 

• Medical school dean's letter
• Three letters of recommendation
• Board scores 
• Personal statement. 

Annual deadline is November 1.
